The Rollscan 200 is
capable of non-destructive testing of sub-surface tensile stresses and
shot peening
quality. Rejection limits are adjustable and can be set to fit
your companies needs. If grinding burn or heat treat defects are
detected the operator can be automatically notified.
Inspection
with Rollscan 200 is fast. It can easily match the production rates of
most manufacturing lines, enabling process control in real time. As a
result, significant quality improvements as savings in material and
labor expenses have been realized by companies who have installed a
Rollscan system. To some others, the mere chance to eliminate chemical
etching lines and hard-to-dispose chemicals has been even more valuable.
Rollscan 200 series instruments
(1 to 4 channels) offer fast inspection enabling process control in real
time and significant quality improvements and savings in
material and labor expenses.
